The Summer of Tiki can mean different things for different people, but for us at Mr Consistent we close our eyes, sit back and get transported to sunshine, beaches, bad party shirts and good times. So that was our mission when we were working on creating these two products; to give cocktail lovers a taste of everything there is to love about Tiki.
So don a grass skirt, find a coconut bra and throw on a lei - this is the Summer of Tiki!
We are proud to announce our two headline cocktails for the season, the infamous Pina Colada & the delicious Mai Tai.
The Mr. Consistent Pina Colada is a beautifully balanced blend of Queensland pineapple softened with rich coconut. We have chosen to use Coconut Water, rather than coconut cream for a lighter style Pina Colada that is perfect for day drinking in the sun, yet still delivers the classic Pina Colada taste.
Inspired by bartending icon Trader Vic our Mai Tai is done in the traditional way of combining pineapple, lime and orange balanced with house made orgeat syrup for a slightly “almond’y” twist. The perfect balance of sweet and sour with complex tropical and floral notes.
Both the Pina Colada and Mai Tai are paired best with a white Rum, so get the customers to grab their favourite rum and a bottle of Mr Consistent mix, and we will look after the rest!
