HOW TO MAKE A

PEACH, PINEAPPLE
& CHILLI MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS

  • 75ml Mr Consistent Margarita Mix

  • 45ml Patron Reposado

  • 15ml Chilli Peach and Pineapple Syrup *

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  • Add ice

  • Shake and Double Strain into a Coupette

  • Garnish with a Chilli slice

  • Chilli Peach and Pineapple Syrup*

*Syrup Recipe

  • 1 Cup boiling water

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 3 tablespoons of Fiji bongo chilli sauce

  • 1 tea bag of ‘Red Seal’ Peach & Pineapple tea

  • Combine boiling water, sugar & hot sauce.

  • Stir until sugar is dissolved.

  • Add tea bag into the mix.

  • Stir and leave to sit for 5mins.

  • Remove tea bag

(Refrigerate - longer you leave it, the hotter it gets || up to 30 days)
