HOW TO MAKE A
PEACH, PINEAPPLE
& CHILLI MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
75ml Mr Consistent Margarita Mix
45ml Patron Reposado
15ml Chilli Peach and Pineapple Syrup *
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Add ice
Shake and Double Strain into a Coupette
Garnish with a Chilli slice
Chilli Peach and Pineapple Syrup*
*Syrup Recipe
1 Cup boiling water
1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons of Fiji bongo chilli sauce
1 tea bag of ‘Red Seal’ Peach & Pineapple tea
Combine boiling water, sugar & hot sauce.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add tea bag into the mix.
Stir and leave to sit for 5mins.
Remove tea bag
(Refrigerate - longer you leave it, the hotter it gets || up to 30 days)
